I was referred to you by Detroit Harley Davidson many years ago. It occurred to me (while having problems with my existing ins. broker) that maybe you could handle my cars, too. Not just my MC. Over the many years since, you're company has pulled me back from the brink of difficulties / overcharges / etc. many times. Many great stories to tell. But, my recent experience with Becky takes the cake.

I was complaining about the rather large increases on my latest Citizens policy. I thought there were basic errors in the charges. (Unlike the Citizens call center) Becky explained in detail exactly why each one of my concerns was happening. We had a long debate at this point. She eventually realized I wasn't going to be happy with things the way they were (regardless of the details). Becky put together a policy with Pioneer.

Ok, simple enough. End of story. Right? Not even close. There were many documents required. Much add'l info required. I had problems with my home printer. I had problems filling out the documents accurately. I had problems with my bank account. This went on for several days. Multiple phone calls. Multiple E-mails. Not once did Becky display any frustration at all!!! She handled it like a real professional. Becky stayed with me all the way until it was completed. I've dealt with her before. And, frankly everyone I deal with there is very skilled and very professional. But, this was above and beyond the call of duty.

I would like to thank Tim Neal for all of his help and support during our restoration of the 8 unit building at The Fairbrook Condominium Association in Northville that was almost completely destroyed by a fire in January of 2014.

I would also like to compliment Tim on the way he wrote the insurance policy for the association. Insuring a multi-tenant or condo building is very complicated. Not only did the building structure have sufficient coverage but the association's insurance company paid to restore each condo to a pre-loss condition including floor covering, fixtures, paint and appliances. With twenty years' experience in the restoration industry I think this is the first time I have ever seen such complete insurance coverage on a multi-tenant or condominium building. Usually the restoration of the interior finishes has to be covered by the condo owners insurance. This can lead to major complications since individual condo owners are often under-insured.

Tim's excellent customer service did not stop with providing great insurance, he has been involved on a daily basis to make sure that both the insurance company my company, Expert Services Inc., delivered exception service and quality to his customer. Not only is Tim a great insurance agent, his business partners Dave and Gary and their office staff are all committed to being the best at what they do. That is why I am proud to say that Loyalty Insurance is my insurance agency.

When I recently purchased a multi-tenant investment property, Tim's partner Dave found me better coverage for significantly less money than the previous owner was paying.
