There are several types of auto insurance:
Comprehensive: Comprehensive will reimburse losses due to dangers such as theft or vandalism and any other natural disasters or damage caused by third parties.
Collision: Collision covers what comprehensive doesn’t. Collision will pay to repair the car in the event of an accident. Such coverage is typically mandated by the bank or the leasing company.
Liability: Liability covers the financial aspect that results from you injuring someone else in an accident.
